This modified Ferrari Testarossa 6X6 linked to Gas Monkey Garage could be the wildest Ferrari modification ever done.

The car was crafted by none other than Richard Rawlings, owner of Gas Monkey Garage, and was recently spotted being transported on a flatbed in Dallas, Texas, US.

The eye-catching sight featured six oversized wheels and a heavily modified rear end.

Footage of the one-of-one Ferrari spread like wildfire among online car enthusiasts.

Customized Ferrari Testarossa

Automotive photographer, Samuel Huber, got the opportunity to film this car and shared the video online.

While the video was short and quick, it easily revealed the aggressive changes done to the Ferrari Testarossa – not unlike the Ferrari with a custom Tiffany-blue interior.

The rear of the Ferrari had been chopped and re-engineered to fit an extra axle, turning it into a six-wheeled beast- much like this Rolls-Royce Phantom spotted at a Dutch airport.

With oversized wheels and a bold design, this was no ordinary Testarossa – it’s a Testarossa 2.0.

Richard Rawlings, the owner of the car, left a subtle comment on the post, responding with the eyes emoji.

People react to the modifications

Meanwhile, the comments from followers flooded in with mixed reactions.

One user referenced a popular meme, joking: “We got 6×6 Testarossa before GTA 6.”

Another user wasn’t impressed, writing: “They ruined it.”

Others predicted that Ferrari might take legal action, with one comment saying, “Ferrari lawyers licking their lips right now.”

It’s unclear how the Gas Monkey Garage team managed to modify the mid-engine Ferrari to accommodate the extra axle.

Some speculated that the original engine might have been replaced to make room for the changes- however, nothing can be said with certainty.

But putting everything aside, it was one heck of a modification that we would certainly love to see more of in the future.
