Etihad Airways has a service that allows millionaires to easily transport their supercars from country to country.

When you’re a millionaire boy racer, you have a lot of cash to splash.

And given how much you’d likely have spent on a supercar, you’d want to take it on vacation, right?

Fortunately, Etihad’s ‘FlightValet’ will make the process of moving around cars as easy as pie.

Flying in style – with a supercar

The service was launched under the Middle Eastern airline’s cargo and logistics arm.

Beginning in 2018, it began alongside a rise in demand for shipments of supercars to popular destinations throughout Europe.

Abdulla Mohammed Shadid, the company’s managing director for cargo and logistics, said: “We are delighted to introduce this new tailored product to the marketplace.

“Demand from our customers has grown significantly in recent years, and in an effort to improve our service offering, we have introduced vehicle handling capability at key new stations in 2018.”

Hundreds of supercars were being transported each year on the airline’s passenger and freighter aircraft, but FlightValet simplified the process.

The year-round service caters to racing enthusiasts looking to take their cars for a spin on racetracks such as the Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi.

Car dealers and manufacturers would also benefit as it would allow them to transport products with ease.

Only the best of the best with Etihad

FlightValet even has the option for your car to be picked up and delivered straight to you on both sides of the flight.

It should be no surprise that Etihad would offer this sort of service.

Their classy flights have been documented extensively by travelers.

One flyer, Immanuel, gave his TikTok followers a look around the first-class suite of an Etihad A380.

Then there’s the Residence, Etihad’s most luxurious first-class experience, with a bedroom, living room, and shower as part of the package.

Let’s just say ‘flying in style’ doesn’t even cover it.

Meanwhile, for the rest of us, here’s everything you need to know about the technology behind Emirates’ in-flight entertainment system.
