One lucky person took delivery of their Hennessey Venom F5 over the holidays.

A metallic blue F5 Coupe with brilliant white stripes, the supercar was delivered to its new owner at Hennessey Special Vehicles headquarters in Sealy, Texas.

The Texas-based hypercar manufacturer has now assembled more than a dozen F5 Coupes and Roadsters since full production was signed off in March 2022.

The most recent was the 10th production unit to have been hand-delivered to Hennessey customers – a collective output of more than 18,000 bhp.

Despite ongoing supply chain challenges, the automaker expects the rate of manufacturing to continue increasing monthly.

It plans to expand its manufacturing capacity further in 2023 and expects to deliver more than 20 Venom F5 hypercars this year, too.

“Manufacturing a hypercar requires a team effort on a global scale, and I could not be prouder of our accomplishments,” said John Hennessey, company Founder and CEO.

“Each bespoke commission is visually stunning, an imaginative collection of colors and materials befitting a vehicle of this caliber.

“Our clientele is thrilled by the Venom F5 and simply astonished by its performance.”

Hennessey Venom F5 – America’s hypercar

Based on classic American V8 architecture, the Hennessey Venom F5 engine produces an astounding 1,817 horsepower and 1,193 lb-ft of torque.

It uses a combination of high-tech, lightweight engine components that combine for 6.6 liters of displacement.

These engine components include the crankshaft, pistons, connecting rods, and custom engine block.

Hennessey’s developed the Venom F5 Roadster to be the world’s fastest convertible.

It’s likely that Hennessey has the record in the bag, however, as it already holds that record.

The company’s 2016 Venom GT Spider was able to hit a top speed of 427.4km/h (265.6mph) – a record which has yet to be eclipsed.

However, Hennessey is targeting a top speed north of 483km/h (300mph) for the F5 Roadster.

Hennessey has revealed that a new variant of the Venom F5 will be unveiled at the Motorcar Cavalcade Concours d’Elegance on Sunday, January 15.
