Elon Musk said one of the reasons why the paint looks so unique is Tesla had to develop a special type of stainless steel for the truck.

It’s unclear whether they’ve patented it or not, but it’s probably worth pointing out that Tesla, per company policy, hardly ever files patents.

The Cybertruck is also bulletproof, and the windows are shatterproof.

Musk says the Cybertruck has more torsional rigidity than a McLaren P1.

He maintains that this is as fast as a supercar, and it drives like one.

Elon Musk says this is a proper truck, and it’s capable of outpulling a diesel-powered Ford F-350.

The bed is 6 feet long and 4 feet wide, and the Cybertruck can tow up to 11,000 lbs.

As speculated, the Cybertruck is indeed fitted with both adaptive air suspension and four-wheel steering.

It has locking differentials, torque vectoring and a 17-inch ground clearance.

And it’s fast, too.

The Cybertruck can outrun a Porsche 911 while towing a Porsche 911.

It does 0 to 60 mph in just 2.6 seconds and does the quarter-mile run in less than 11 seconds.

At Giga Texas, Tesla has also finally delivered the first Cybertrucks to buyers, and we now know it is available in three versions.

The rear-wheel drive model costs $69,990 and the all-wheel drive version will set you back $79,000.

Then there’s the third version, the range-topping model dubbed ‘Cyberbeast’, priced at $99,990.
