Bugatti Veyron lies dusty and abandoned in Moscow after strange history

A Bugatti Veyron is not the kind of car you abandon, but one unlucky owner had to ditch his hypercar in an underground parking garage in Moscow.

Of course, the history behind this situation is quite interesting.

You see, the Bugatti Veyron was supposed to be delivered to the new owner from Dagestan.

But tragedy struck as the owner was arrested before he could receive it.

Abandoned Bugatti Veyron in Moscow

After the owner’s arrest, he couldn’t take delivery of the Bugatti Veyron.

Instead, his friend took possession of the car and stored it in an underground parking garage.

The supercar sat in the underground parking from 2016 to 2019.

During this period, someone also stole its cover, causing a thick layer of dust to gather on the car’s surface.

Unfortunately, it’s not the only supercar to be left untouched in underground parking.

In a similar case, someone found a lineup of abandoned supercars in underground parking garages all over Los Angeles.

While it was stored in the underground parking garage, the Bugatti was discovered by Russian YouTuber MAJORKA.

He uploaded a video showcasing the abandoned Bugatti Veyron.

And after being stored in the parking garage for three years, the Bugatti Veyron was moved to a small town near Moscow.

It stayed there from 2019 to late 2023.

Since its importation to Russia in 2013, the hypercar was never registered nor insured.

There’s no update on where the Bugatti Veyron is right now.

But we hope that it finds a nice new owner, just like this Veyron that was once owned by Justin Bieber.
