Philadelphia Eagles star Saquon Barkley is missing out on a $700,000 Ferrari from media star Jake Paul despite he and his team clinching the 2025 Super Bowl.
The Eagles demolished the Kansas City Chiefs 40-22, denying the team an unprecedented third-straight Super Bowl.
Paul said that if Barkley won this year’s Super Bowl MVP award, he would be given a Ferrari supercar worth up to $700,000.
However, while his Eagles team did win the game, Barkley will miss out on the Ferrari of his dreams because a fellow player won the coveted MVP award.

Paul offered Barkley one of his own Ferraris.
In a video message ahead of the Eagles vs. Chiefs game, Jake Paul said that if Barkley wins the MVP award, he will gift him his Ferrari SF90 Spider supercar.
Paul started his message by saying, “This is a message for Saquon Barkley, and Saquon Barkley only.
“If you win the Super Bowl MVP, I think you can do it, brother. I have so much love for you… I will give you one of my Ferraris.”
The car in question was his $700,000 SF90, a supercar he bought in 2024 and finished in an eye-catching bright yellow.
It is one of several luxury performance cars in the YouTuber’s collection, with another being a Ferrari 296 GTB, which is also in bright yellow.
Barkley missed out on the Super Bowl MVP award
Sadly for Barkley, he isn’t going to get his hands on one of Jake Paul’s cars. While he had an excellent Super Bowl, the MVP award instead went to Eagles Quarterback Jalen Hurts, who took home the coveted prize.
It’s hardly a surprise to see Hurts win the prize, thanks to his remarkable 46-yard touchdown pass, with the game silencing many of his critics.
Barkley himself has had an impressive season.
In 19 games, including the playoffs, the Eagles’ running back has rushed for 2,477 yards and 18 touchdowns.
The supercar he missed out on is one of the best modern Ferraris.
Under the hood of the SF90 Spider is a 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 paired with three electric motors.
Thanks to the V8 and turbos, the SF90 Spider is capable of producing 986HP.
Still, we’re sure that Barkley will be happy with just his Super Bowl ring, and – on his contract – he can probably stretch to a Ferrari anyway.
