A stunning Porsche-branded luxury residential tower is set to open up in Bangkok, with apartments costing up to $40 million.

The Porsche Design Tower Bangkok will be the first of its kind in Asia and will be the third globally, following similar builds in Miami, USA, and Stuttgart in Germany.

The ambitious project sees Porsche Design joining forces with Ananda Development.

The company has said the new tower will be ‘a future landmark with cutting-edge design and exquisite living spaces tailored to the authentic passions of its residents’. Sound fancy.

The Porsche Design Tower Bangkok will have 22 apartments

The Porsche Tower in Miami, which is home to Lionel Messi, is about as high-end as they come – and it looks like this new building will follow suit.

Offering 22 exclusive duplex and quadplex ‘Sky Villas’, the tower will ‘set a new benchmark for luxury living’, according to the company.

The apartments range in size from 525 to 1,135 square meters, and range in price from $15 million all the way up to $40 million – so interested buyers will need deep pockets.

The tower will also boast state-of-the-art facilities, including a 25-meter swimming pool, a performance fitness center, a spa, a social lounge, and a business lounge.

It will also have an extra special garage

When you think of Porsche, you think of cars, right?

So it makes sense that the tower will offer the ‘ultimate luxury garage for residents’ meticulously curated collection of cars’.

Dubbed ‘Passion Spaces’, these extra special private garages can be completely tailored to the residents’ liking and are designed to be much more than just somewhere to park your car.

The company says the spaces offer a ‘refined venue for social gatherings and exclusive events’ and are accessible via a spiral ramp known as ‘The Loop’.

“Porsche Design Tower Bangkok represents a groundbreaking fusion of exquisite design and optimal functionality,” said Stefan Buescher, chairman of Porsche Lifestyle Group.

“Our vision is to create a living space where one’s passion thrives. We aspire for passion in every endeavor, ensuring that our projects transcend living spaces to become expressions of individuality.”

Of course, if you don’t fancy living in a tower block, there’s always these cool Porsche Design $1.5 million floating prefab houses instead.
