Tesla hasn’t yet released details of the Cybertruck’s four-wheel steering capabilities.
But this video that’s just surfaced online pretty much says all there is to say.

Albeit only 26 seconds long, the footage shows a Tesla Cybertruck pulling an extraordinarily tight turn while showing off its four-wheel steering.
The video, which was posted to Twitter by @ray4tesla, shows a release candidate Cybetruck trying to maneuver its way out of a tight parking space.
You can see the Tesla Cybertruck turning left while in reverse as the front wheels turn right.
If you watch carefully, you can also see the rear wheels slightly turning in the opposite direction.
While the EV is backing up, it runs out of space without completing the turn, but this is where the Cybertruck’s four-wheel steering comes into action.
As the Cybertruck starts creeping forward, you can see the rear wheels turning in the opposite direction.
Unlike when it was reversing, this time the rear wheels turn a considerable amount allowing the pickup to complete the tight turn.
Elon Musk previously said that the Tesla Cybertruck will have a better turning radius than the Model Y.
We’d need more evidence to see if that really is the case, but the video shows Musk’s assertion may not be far off the mark.
You can watch the footage here!
A friend just shared with me this video he took. Watch this 19+ ft Cybertruck achieve a small turning radius by pointing back tires in the opposite direction of the front tires. Pretty cool to see it in action. pic.twitter.com/aYG04BFqOv

Tesla has implemented several improvements since it unveiled the Cybertruck back in 2019.
These include 4680 cells and a structural battery pack, front and rear casting, 1,000-volt high voltage architecture, 48-volt low voltage architecture, and second screen for rear passengers, and so on.
From the initial prototype, to release candidate models, hopefully it won’t be too much longer before we see the Tesla Cybertruck out on the roads.
It certainly seems that way anyway, as Tesla appears to be preparing for Cybertruck deliveries as early as this month.
