A farm in America has been hiding a secret – a massive haul of rare abandoned classic cars.

Few people would have believed that this remote corner of the US would be home to so many rare classic cars, but yet here we are.

However, sadly, all these classic gems have been left abandoned for decades.

This find, which includes Chevys, Mercurys, and even Lincolns dating back to the 1950s and 1960s, is truly exciting but also upsetting at the same time.

Abandoned rare classic cars discovered

The exact location has been kept a mystery; however, a detailed video of the find has been covered on YouTube by Adventures Made From Scratch.

First things first – this place is not a junkyard but a farm with iconic yet neglected vehicles.

Besides the historic cars, the place is also a resting place for pickup trucks and even a few old tractors.

Among the classics, a 1957 Mercury Commuter took the YouTuber’s attention.

While the car was not made for high performance, it was still a beloved collector’s item known for its spacious interiors and distinctive style.

Sadly, the car was in a rough shape after being neglected for years.

The cars are up for sale

Another car worth noticing was a Mercury S-55, a well-regarded car of its time – and the one found on the farm was a convertible model, an exceptionally rare gem with just 1,379 models ever produced.

Hunting a Lincoln Continental was another surprise for the YouTuber, as it was another limited-edition car with just 1250 models ever produced.

The farm owner was certainly a car enthusiast – especially the classic ones.

It’s bittersweet to see these classic cars in such a neglected state, similar to the discovery in Louisiana with a vast collection of Mustangs abandoned in the woods.

Currently, these cars are on auction, providing a chance for these vintage treasures to be restored and shine like in their prime.
