Mansory has unveiled a limited edition 205 horsepower snowmobile dubbed the ‘Black Lizard’.

As you’d expect from the high-end tuning company, the Black Lizard is a real attention grabber.

It is kitted out with plenty of carbon fiber, eye-catching lime-green accents, and a powerful engine.

As ever with Mansory, the Black Lizard is sure to be more than a little polarizing – but it’s certainly made to stand out on the snow.

The Black Lizard snowmobile is a real head-turner

Mansory is, of course, best known for creating some incredible-looking luxury cars, such as this menacing forged carbon fiber-wrapped Rolls-Royce Spectre or this otherworldly Maserati MC20

But in recent times, the German tuning company has also turned its hand towards jetskis and now it has introduced its first-ever snowmobile.

Well, why not?

“Mansory Black Lizard, on land and on water… and now also on snow: Mansory speeds you up everywhere,” the company announced sharing first-look images of the snowmobile.

“In addition to the successful jet ski Mansory Marlin Jet 400, Mansory is now launching a snowmobile called Black Lizard in time for the winter season.”

As yet, Mansory is playing its cards close to its chest when it comes to the Black Lizard.

Mansory has teased there is ‘much more to come’

What we do know is that it comes with a powerful 205 horsepower and that, in typical Mansory fashion, there will be ‘countless body parts made of carbon’.

It comes with a ‘special, water-resistant leather seat cover’ and has a smattering of bright lime green accents that really stand out against all that black carbon fiber. It also carries the Mansory branding.

Although the tuning company has decided against sharing too many details just yet, the images were shared alongside the hashtag #skidoofreeride, suggesting it could be based on – you’ve guessed it – a Ski-Doo Freeride.

A stock-standard Freeride comes with a Rotax 850 two-stroke that can produce up to 165HP or a turbocharged version that can make 180HP.

Both options are less powerful than the 205HP the Black Lizard will be capable of – so it seems the engine will be getting a boost as well as the snowmobile’s exterior.

Sharing images of the Black Lizard, Mansory teasingly added that there was ‘much more to come’.

So watch this space for more information on what is sure to be one of the wildest snowmobiles ever to exist.
