Tesla keeps teasing the Cybertruck while soon-to-be owners desperately wait for delivery updates.

In the latest video, we get a closer look at what appears to be a production-ready version of the Cybertruck.

The clip was shared to Twitter by developer Ryan Zohoury, and it was filmed on the rooftop of the Petersen Museum in Los Angeles.

Franz von Holzhausen, Tesla’s head of design, was a special guest at the inaugural Electrified Cars & Coffee event, and of course he brought the Cybertruck with him.

It meant many people got to see the Cybertruck in the metal for the first time, including two young kids who even got to go for a ride.

There are a couple of things we can deduce based on what they’re saying in the video.

First, the Cybertruck appears to be very low to the ground.

Von Holzhausen, who’s around the same height as Elon Musk, ie 6’1” (1.85 m), appears to be towering over the truck.

This is an unusual design feature, as most trucks tend to be quite tall.

The Ford F-150 Lightning, for example, is nearly two meters tall.

Secondly, the lever that opens the rear door appears to be hidden inside the pillarless door itself.

And when Von Holzhausen opens the door, the window rolls down automatically.

And yes, the front Cybertruck windows do roll down all the way.

The futuristic-looking truck was first announced four years ago, but we still don’t know when the first customer vehicles will be delivered.

One thing’s for sure: Tesla certainly knows how to fuel the hype.
