This is the Carbone Limited Edition, Bugatti’s new smartwatch.

The Bugatti smartwatch is made entirely out of carbon fiber and it’s incredibly sophisticated.

But then again it has to be, considering its $2,500 price tag.

For starters, the case was carved out of a single block of carbon fiber.

According to Bugatti, this makes the watch 13 percent lighter than an equivalent model made of stainless steel.

It also means the smartwatch can house a much larger battery, which gives it 15 days of ‘range’ in normal use.

However, that’s without using the Apps or the GPS so in the real world, you’re probably going to have to charge it every two or three days.

Still, that’s a lot less than the nightly charge the Apple Watch needs.

Bugatti says the watch has more than 1,000 different components.

That’s a lot for a smartwatch.

In fact, that’s what you’d expect from a mechanical watch.

Then we have to talk about the one thing that really matters in any smartwatch: the screen.

The Carbone (that’s Italian for ‘carbon‘, by the way) is fitted with a 390×390 AMOLED touchscreen which has more than 16 million colors.

There’s more good news because the screen is protected by scratch-resistant sapphire crystal.

Last but not least, the Bugatti smartwatch is water-resistant up to 100 m, which means you can safely take it to the beach or the pool.

Bugatti has made watches before but this is a completely different ball game.

The other timepieces the French manufacturer is famous for are built by Jacob & Co as a tribute to the brand’s hypercars.

They’re a lot more expensive and they incorporate crazy features, such as the fully functional replica of the Bugatti W16 engine.

Having said that, this particular smartwatch was designed with a wider audience in mind.

It’s not cheap, coming in at $2,500, but it is at least attainable.

If you want it, you’ve got to hurry up because production of the Bugatti smartwatch is limited to 2,500 units.
