Welcome to Casa Maranello, a $55 million mansion in Florida’s Billionaire’s Row that has a 12-car auto gallery, a Bulgari-inspired spa, and a Ferrari Testa Rossa parked in the living room.

This extraordinary residence is located in Delray Beach’s Stone Creek Ranch neighborhood, often dubbed Billionaires Row.

Built by Prestige Design Homes, this mansion is full of incredible Easter Eggs.

Even the name of the residence references the location of the Ferrari factory in Maranello, Italy.

$55 million mansion with Ferrari Testa Rossa

Crafted by Aldo Stark of Prestige Design Homes, the mansion pays homage to his love of Ferrari through several design elements.

The most obvious element is the vintage Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa parked in the living room.

It’s not the first time we’ve seen someone parking a supercar in their living room.

Earlier this year, a luxury mansion owner parked a $4.2 million Ferrari LaFerrari in the living room to attract more buyers.

However, this $55 million Florida mansion is on another level entirely.

Another standout feature of this residence is the 12-car auto gallery that is visible from the living room.

12-car auto gallery

At a glance, the 12-car auto gallery looks more like a museum than a garage.

Unfortunately, the mansion doesn’t come with the collection of cars pictured in the auto gallery.

Nor does it come with the beautiful vintage Ferrari in the living room.

Although, we have seen a similar $20m Miami supercar-themed mansion that comes with a Ferrari movie theater and a Lamborghini pool.

This mansion is about more than just the cars though.

The Florida residence covers more than 21,700 square feet and has seven bedrooms, nine full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms.

As seen in this video from Legendary Productions, the designer spared no expense in sourcing the highest quality materials for the residence.

It also has a parking lot-sized motor court, proving that it was built by a car fanatic.
