A man recently came across a brand new Tesla Model 3 abandoned at the Rivian Adventure Network in Macon, GA, while stopping to charge his Rivian R1T.

Now, seeing abandoned cars isn’t that unusual, but what made this one stand out is that it was a brand-new 2024 Tesla Model 3 Highland.

Yes, that’s right – the car was absolutely new and had been sitting there for quite a while.

The man shared the entire story on his YouTube channel, CarSpecGarage, showing just how fresh this Tesla was.

So – you might ask – exactly how new was this car?

Well, all the protective plastic was still on the seats and the exterior, and the car looked absolutely untouched.

There was no number plate, which made it seem like it had just rolled out of the dealership.

At first glance, some might think the car was just parked there temporarily, but that wasn’t the case.

The Tesla Model 3 wasn’t plugged in for charging, and even more telling, the car had two parking tickets on it. That’s a clear sign the car had been left unattended for a long time.

The car remains a mystery

Now the next question is – why would someone abandon their brand new car in such a random place?

That’s the big question, and unfortunately, the answer remains with the unknown owner, adding even more mystery to the situation.

The car reminds us of the time when hundreds of Teslas were parked in a Scottsdale lot due to a parking shortage, though in this case, the reason remains unclear.

Could there be something illegal about this car, or maybe a different reason entirely?

Whatever the case, this new Tesla Model 3 left behind certainly gave off a mysterious vibe.
