This guy from Colorado managed to get a brand new Fiat 500e EV almost for free in a deal that was too good to be true.

If anyone ever tells you that you can get a car for free, it’s probably safe to assume it’s a scam – again, these things are often not as advertised.

However, in this case, it is true as the guy managed to get the car for free from a Colorado dealership.

But how does this work?

Tommy Mica from the TFLEV YouTube channel went over to a Denver dealership to find out if this deal was true or not.

To his surprise, the manager at the dealership confirmed that it was indeed true.

Of course, this deal is only possible thanks to EV incentives provided by Uncle Sam – the US government.

So not only do EV cars save money on fuel, but they are also cheaper to buy if you are in the right state.

However, in this case, the dealership has gone one step beyond by offering a 2024 Fiat 500e for almost free.

All you have to do is pay the tax and you can lease it for 27 months.

A deal that is too good to be true

In the video, we can see the base price of the Fiat is $34,095.

However, according to the manager, anyone with a credit score over 700 can lease the car with no down payment, no monthly payments, and no delivery fees.

Plus you also get $600 worth of charging credits or a level two charger that you get to keep.

Although most American EV buyers want to go back to combustion engines, deals like these might make them reconsider.

However, there’s one catch, you have to be a resident of Colorado to get this deal.

The only thing you will have to pay is the sales tax for the car, which was $1,239 for Mica.
