These guys visited a Las Vegas junkyard for the ‘ultimate day out’ and found some unforgettable car finds and cheap parts for their cars.

Junkyards like this are all over America, where you can browse cars, extract parts, and pay for them.

The scrapyard they visited is known as “Pick-A-Part.”

They also visited Walmart to buy some basic automotive tools and went straight to the junkyard.

‘Ultimate day out’ at a Las Vegas junkyard

As soon as Alex and Taylor entered the Las Vegas junkyard, they looked like they had come to the place of their dreams.

They posted a video about their ‘ultimate day out’ on their YouTube Channel Autoalex v2.

To enter the junkyard they had to pay $2 but it was worth it.

The junkyard offered a treasure trove of vehicles, including Mustangs, Ford Explorers, and Suzuki Vitaras.

However, the duo was in search of parts for Alex’s Dodge Dakota and Taylor’s Range Rover.

Fortunately, they spotted some nice models to salvage.

The car they found had the same speedometer as Alex’s Dodge Dakota so they went to work and took it out of the dashboard.

The junkyard was also full of abandoned project cars and lots of cheap parts.

They even found a supercharged Range Rover, which they were tempted to take back to the UK.

Fortunately, they also found the correct side grills for Taylor’s Range Rover.

Junkyard heaven

“I am in heaven. I am in car heaven,” said Taylor looking at the sheer amount of spare parts they could salvage.

Immediately, after that he found chrome grills for his BMW E39.

The duo could’ve spent hours or even days looking at everything that was in the ‘junkyard heaven’.

Unfortunately, they had to leave to catch a flight.

However, they were quite satisfied with their haul due to the cheap price.
