Es gibt nur einen einzigen Bugatti La Voiture Noire und niemand weiß, wem er gehört

Bugatti is a brand famous for its exclusive, extremely high-end vehicles, and La Voiture Noire is no exception.

In fact, it’s more than just exclusive: it’s one-of-a-kind.

The luxury car brand prides itself on producing elite and rare models.

There were only 450 Veyrons produced and just 40 Divo models.

La Voiture Noire was first exhibited at the Geneva Motor Show in 2019.

The car was specially designed to celebrate 110 years of the brand.

Its name is simple, translating from French to mean ‘The Black Car’.

But the name is where this car’s simplicity ends.

La Voiture Noire was built entirely by hand by highly skilled artisans.

The headlights alone are made using 25 individually milled and expertly arranged pieces.

The car’s exterior is a feat of aerodynamics and sleek design.

And it’s equally as impressive under the hood.

La Voiture Noire features the same W16 8.0-liter quad-turbocharged engine debuted by the Bugatti Veyron in 2005.

It can reach 62 mph in just 2.4 seconds with its engine generating an astounding 1,479 horsepower and 1,180 lb-ft of torque.

And with a top speed of 420km/h, this car is as fast as it is stylish.

The vehicle exhibited in 2019 was actually just a prototype, with no interior.

While it caught the eye of many, it was one Bugatti enthusiast who was lucky enough to place the first and only order.

From there, it took two and a half years to build the finished product.

What adds to the prestige and drama of this car is that no one besides Bugatti knows who owns it.

Some rumored buyers include Cristiano Ronaldo and Floyd Mayweather.

But others claim to have spotted it driving around Croatia with Swiss number plates.

Whoever bought it paid $18.7 million for it, making it the most expensive car Bugatti ever produced.

This is the price one can expect to pay for a car that the brand considers “perfect”.

“We worked long and hard on this design until there was nothing that we could improve,” Etienne Salomé, the assistant chief designer, said.

And to most car enthusiasts, the knowledge that you own the most exclusive and rare Bugatti ever made is priceless.
