After spending small fortunes on Ferraris LeBron James and Dwayne Johnson faced the same problem

Among his many talents, Dwayne Johnson has a knack of picking great cars.

The Rock boasts an enviable collection of luxury vehicles, including several supercars in his garage.

But even The Rock is only human, and even he makes mistakes from time to time.

Several years ago, Johnson decided to treat himself to a new supercar for his collection.

However, when the WWE star took delivery of his new ride, he was quick to discover there was a problem.

Just like NBA star LeBron James, who also owns another model from the same brand, Johnson actually couldn’t fit inside his new Ferrari LaFerrari.

Perhaps if the Rock had spoken to James, he could’ve taken advice before splashing the cash on the rare ride.

Hindsight is a great thing, but atleast Johnson was able to make light of the situation.

At the time, ‘The Great One’ shared a picture on his Instagram showing off his gorgeous matte white LaFerrari.

“The great benefit of producing and starring in HBO’s Ballers is that I can admire, touch and play with this Ferrari LaFerrari, which is one of the most beautifully engineered and sought-after exotic cars in the world,” the Rock posted.

“The drawback…? Daddy don’t fit in it,” he added.

As previously mentioned, James also faced the same problem when he purchased a Ferrari F430 Spider six years prior.

However, 6’8” King James had his convertible supercar customized so that he could fit inside.

As for whether Johnson still owns the LaFerrari, who knows – but he wouldn’t have had trouble parting with it if he did decide to sell.

Apparently, less than 25 matte white examples of the supercar were ever made, and they were selling for between 3 and 5 million dollars in 2015.

Still, if the Italian automaker’s flagship model of the time is parked up in his garage, atleast he’s got a funny story to tell.
