Two lucky Americans are set to become the owners of two very special Bugatti models.
The Bugatti W16 Mistrals are on their way to the US.
However, there’s one big catch.
They won’t be able to drive them.

The last remains of an excellent run
The Bugattis are set to land in the hands of two owners.
But, it really is the end of an era as this is the very last batch to be produced and distributed.
In 2024, it was announced that the last Bugatti to feature the W16 engine was set to be rolled out.
There were reports that it would reach and exceed a whopping 260 mph in testing.
So, it’s no wonder that they were going for such a large amount of cash – a cool $5 million.
The Bugatti W16 Mistral owners remain a mystery
Given it’s Bugatti, the specs are top notch.
The hypercars are being described by Bugatti as an ‘open air masterpiece’.
However, perhaps they won’t be able to reach stop speeds just yet as the current units are not wholly road safe in every region of the world due to emission standards and road laws.
Bugatti noted on their website that: “W16 Mistral: This model is not subject to Directive 1999/94/EC, as type approval has not yet been granted”.
The new owners will be hanging out for this to change, no doubt.

Striking Colors
It’s a big moment for the brand as the car heads out to its rightful owners.
Now that the first editions of the final cars have been produced- we can see that they have quite the impressive exterior.
One of the Mistrals has an eye-catching ‘Black Carbon’ finish with ‘Bugatti Light Blue Sport’ features too, along with ‘Bugatti Light Blue Sport’ leather inside with ‘Beluga Black’ stitching.
The other Bugatti is decked out in a pure white exterior – quite the opposite to it’s counterpart.
The ‘White Glacier’ finish may sound icy, but the sleekness and shine speaks for itself, with ‘Atlantic Blue’ and ‘Italian Red’ accents – screaming ultimate luxury.
The car’s journey began in 2022 at the Monterey Car Week – and is now ending as they are delivered to their rightful owners.
At least it is a fond farewell.
