A YouTuber traveled to an undisclosed location in Wisconsin to find a barn filled with a classic car collection worth $800,000.

The Wisconsin barn housed a collection of 20 classic cars and two boats.

However, the classic car collection comes with a catch.

Classic car collection found in Wisconsin barn

YouTuber John Clay Wolfe posted a video in which he traveled to Wisconsin to visit a mystery barn.

The barn featured multiple 1960 and 1970s Chevrolet Corvettes and a fully restored 1960s Volkswagen Beetle.

This isn’t the first time we have seen someone find an abandoned Corvette lost in a barn.

The collection initially belonged to the anonymous seller’s husband, who had bought the classic sports cars.

However, after he passed away a couple of years ago, his widow put them up for sale.

The catch

The entire classic car collection is up for sale at $800,000.

But – according to the YouTuber – there’s a massive catch to these classic cars.

Most of them haven’t been turned on in around 20 years and have been stored in a barn up north.

Experts fear that the car collection may have been damaged in the Wisconsin winters and may never run again.

Plus it’s not so easy to maintain and preserve a classic car collection.

People are still interested in some of the rare finds in this classic car collection as they could fetch six-figure sales.

However, the resale value of many cars in the collection has fluctuated in the past few years.

Ultimately, the YouTuber walked away from the deal.

Wolfe also suggested that classic car owners must turn on their cars every few days and run them for five minutes.

He also suggested that these cars should be filled with regular leaded fuel not unleaded fuel from gas stations.

Classic car owners should take more care of their vehicles as they are more prone to damage.
