The BMW pulls off the Tokyo Drift stunt no bother
For those unaware, drifting involves deliberately oversteering your car so that it loses traction and then controlling it to go around corners sideways.
If it’s executed correctly, drifting can look pretty mesmerizing – and that’s certainly the case for the driver of this yellow BMW in Chandigarh, India.

He effortlessly drifts the car around the multi-story car park, tackling corners and avoiding concrete pillars like it’s no big deal.
As you might imagine, fellow gearheads were left seriously impressed by the driver’s skill.
The video was shared on Reddit with the caption, ‘Tokyo Drift in Chandigarh’ and was soon flooded with comments.
“Drifting that long heavy car is no joke. Dude is a beast,” one Reddit user said.
“Bro the precision to not tag one of those pillars,” a second commented.
Someone else added, “Guy is top-notch. [I] would pay to watch.”
“I’ve seen seasoned drifters avoid spots like this to prevent damage to their rides. But this guy? He’s got the skills, the confidence, and the steel b*lls to take it on! Total boss mode,” added a fourth.
High praise indeed.
Drifting is ‘life’ for some folks
While drifting may look like a bit of fun, for some folks it’s a whole lot more than that.
So much so, that one guy even built his very own drifting track in the garden of his home in New Zealand.
Takeshi Teruya, who is originally from Japan, built most of the track by himself with a little help from neighbors and some pals.
The car enthusiast had long dreamed of owning his own track and when he bought his first home in New Zealand decided to make it a reality.
