Leaked footage gives us our first look at the Cybertruck’s working interface

A new video has just dropped on YouTube and it’s giving us our closest, most detailed view of the Cybertruck’s interior yet.
Taken by a guy called Vlad Vein, the video shows him exploring the brand-spanking new interior and fiddling with all the controls he sees.
It’s the first time we get to see the truck’s dash and working interface while the car is actually on and operational.

The video kicks off zoomed in on the center display screen, showing all the cameras activated.
We see the rear view and both sides, but no surround view, suggesting Tesla hasn’t updated its backup cameras for the truck.
The video then pans across to the steering wheel.
It’s here we get a good close-up look at the wheel which appears to be a mash-up of Tesla’s yoke and round wheel styles.
With minimal touch-sensitive buttons, the wheel is almost a fusion of that from the Model S and Model X.

Vlad then pans to the center console where we see the EV’s octagonal cupholders and in front of them two charging spots for your phone.
The video then pans to the back of the car, showing the expansive sunroof that spans almost the length of the car.
One thing the video doesn’t show is the range of the truck, which is something sleuths have been trying to figure out for a long time.
“I wish he would have toggled the battery percentage to range,” one said.
But others jumped in saying “I think [Cybertrucks] are software-locked to not allow for that right now”.
The footage has since made its way over to X (formerly Twitter) where the it’s is receiving mixed views.
“It’s so simple, but so elegant,” one said.
“Model 3 interior on a truck body. No wonder it will be cheap,” another said.
Others were just shocked someone was able to sneak in and get the footage to begin with.
“Someone is getting fired tomorrow,” one said.
