Pictures have surfaced online giving us a glimpse of the interior of the new Tesla Cybertruck.
Over the past few months we’ve seen quite a few snapped shots of the battery electric light-duty truck being tested.
But this is the first time we’ve seen its interior – and there’s a lot to digest.

The images were posted to the Cybertruck Owners Club forum giving us a first look at the interior of a prototype on display at Tesla’s recent annual shareholder meeting.
One of the pictures gives a decent look at the driver’s point-of-view, including the closest look at the Tesla Cybertruck’s steering wheel to-date.
It doesn’t look exactly like any current Tesla steering wheel we’ve seen.
To us, it looks like a mix of the ‘yoke’ and round steering wheels available in the latest Model S and Model X, with buttons found on each of the two spokes.
What does look familiar, though, is the large landscape-orintated central touchscreen like on other Tesla models.
Looking for the transmission shifter? Yeah, we noticed there wasn’t one either.
Presumably, the infotainment system is used to change from park to drive and reverse.
Less surprising, though, is how deep the dashboard runs before reaching the base of the windscreen.
It was expected that the Tesla Cybertruck would feature an extra seat in the first row, however, that’s not the case in the second picture.
Instead, the center console appears mounted to the floor with room between it and the dash, similar to the original Model S.
Tesla has confirmed the Cybertruck is on track for production to begin this summer for deliveries at the end of Q3.
Volume production of the Tesla Cy bertruck is not expected until next year.
