The Sultan of Brunei Hassanal Bolkiah has a truly remarkable car collection worth even more than the $100 million Bugatti collection in the above video.
The Sultan’s personal collection includes over 7,000 vehicles and is worth over $5 billion, making it the largest private collection in the world.
The collection includes cars from companies such as Ferrari and McLaren. Plus, it is home to some of the rarest cars Bugatti has ever produced.
Many of the cars are worth several million dollars themselves. These are vehicles that many automotive enthusiasts can only dream of owning.

Bugattis make up a big part of the Sultan’s collection
As a lover of supercars, it makes sense that Sultan’s collection is full of them.
The Sultan owns four examples of the Bugatti EB110 Super Sport (SS), with only 39 examples of the SS ever made.
These are some of the rarest Bugattis ever made, and rare pictures of them have emerged on an Instagram account.
This includes the wild ‘Rastafarian-style’ EB110 with its whacky interior as seen below.
EB110 Super Sports are valued at around $3 million, meaning there are possibly over $12 million of Bugattis alone in the Sultan’s garage.
However, these are not the only performance cars he owns.
Ferrari 456s are another part of this extensive group of cars, and it’s clear the Sultan is a big admirer of the 456.
Reports suggest he has up to $15 million worth of Ferrari 456s, which is an astonishing figure.
The highest a Ferrari 456 has sold for in the US is $210,000, which indicates just how many the Sultan could own.
The Sultan of Brunei also loves the McLaren F1
A dream for many automotive enthusiasts is to own the McLaren F1.
The F1 is still the world’s fastest naturally-aspirated production car, thanks to its 6.1-liter 618HP BMW S70/2 V12 engine.
At least 10 McLaren F1s have been a part of the Sultan of Brunei’s collection.
To put that into context, the highest an F1 sold for was $20,465,000 at a Gooding & Company Pebble Beach auction in 2021.
Most of the cars in the Sultan’s collection come in conventional factory colors, apart from the ‘Rastafarian’ EB110.
That doesn’t detract from the wow factor of this collection or the sheer value of the cars that belong to the Sultan.
