Gordon Ramsay is arguably the world’s most famous chef.

However, aside from his taste in food, the Scot is also known for his exotic taste in cars.

The celebrity chef, who recently opened the tallest restaurant in Europe, was recently spotted driving a very special car in London.

And one lucky person just so happened to be there to capture it.

Gordon Ramsay spotted with Valiant in Mayfair

One TikTok user, @justinblattner, was walking around in London, when he just so happened to spot the famous chef in traffic.

As you can see in the above video, the user spots Ramsay in his epic Aston Martin Valiant, which is valued at around $3 million.

He then walks up to the car and proceeds to ask the chef a bit of a cheeky question.

“What do you do for a living?” he asked.

Gordon Ramsay mutters a response whilst putting on his sunglasses – we’re going to assume that it wasn’t exactly a PG response.

Aston Martin Valiant – F1 star’s personal project

The first thing to note about this insane piece of machinery is who helped develop it.

Fernando Alonso, former F1 World Champion (and current Aston Martin Aramco F1 Team star) helped shape this car.

The Valiant is pitched as a more extreme, hard-hitting version of the Valour.

Yes, Fernando Alonso wanted a ‘more extreme’ version of that supercar.

And there’s more – a whole lot more.

The Valiant is manual-only.

Not flappy-paddle, not semi-automatic – an old-school, stick-shifted manual supercar.

And that’s before we’ve even started on the engine.

The 5.2 liter, twin-turbo V12 produces 735bhp. That’s 30bhp more than the Valour that came before it.

“Valiant is born from my passion for driving at the limit … and I believe we have created a masterpiece,” Alonso said.

Going from 0-60mph in around three seconds and pulling a top speed of just over 200mph, the Aston Martin Valiant is a masterpiece.

Gordon Ramsay certainly has an exotic palette in more than just food.
