Ramesh Babu, an Indian barber-turned-millionaire, owns a stunning collection of luxury vehicles, including a Rolls-Royce Ghost.
Just imagine walking into a small salon for a haircut, only to know that the humble man behind the scissors is a millionaire with a fleet of more than 400 vehicles.
Well, that’s something pretty hard to digest, but it’s true.

Indian barber-turned-millionaire with more than 400 luxury vehicles
Ramesh Babu took over his father’s salon in Bangalore in the 1980s after his father’s sudden passing.
Even though the family business was going quite well, and Ramesh was dedicated to his work as a barber, he took a step forward for the sake of earning something extra.
That’s how his exclusive journey started with a simple idea and a humble car – a Maruti Omni van.
Ramesh started to rent out the van, earning a good side income. But little did he know, his so-called side business would expand so aggressively that it would flip his life completely.
Today, Ramesh’s business, which goes by the name, Ramesh Tours and Travels is known nationally, and it includes luxury cars like Rolls-Royce Ghost, Mercedes Benz G Wagon, BMW 7 Series, Jaguar XJ, Audi A8, and more.
The inspiring story of an Indian barber
He’s got a fleet of more than 400 luxury vehicles – a collection bigger than most celebrities and car enthusiasts.
What’s his client base you ask?
From top politicians to businessmen and celebrities, including Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, and Aamir Khan, his car rental company is even trusted by elites.
However, despite his success, Ramesh Babu remains as simple as always.
As a tribute to his very own family business, which became a path for his success, Ramesh still runs his salon, charging a minimal amount from his clients.
His story from a simple barber to a millionaire entrepreneur is certainly an inspiration.
