This is Jeff Bezos’ brand-new $500 million superyacht, ‘Koru’.
The billionaire Amazon founder’s new vessel will be the tallest sailing yacht in the world, measuring over 70 meters (230 feet) tall.
Not only is it tall, but it’s a staggering 127 meters (417 feet) in length, which is longer than a football field.
In fact, the yacht, which is currently docked in The Netherlands, is so big that it’s already found itself at the center of some controversy.

The $500 million vessel is so tall that it’s unable to pass under the Koningshaven Bridge in The Netherlands.
Bezos reportedly asked the Dutch city of Rotterdam to dismantle the 95-year-old landmark in order to allow his yacht to pass under it.
According to reports, Bezos said he would pay to have the bridge dismantled and rebuilt again, but his request was refused.
As a result, Bezos readjusted his expectations and the sails on his yacht so it could fit underneath the bridge.
The name of the $500 million superyacht has this week been revealed as ‘Koru’, which is a Maori word meaning ‘new beginnings’.
The name was revealed this week when the yacht began transmitting under ‘Koru’ on its automatic identification system (AIS).
Previously known as Y721 or Project 721, it is the most recent build from shipyard Oceanco.
The megayacht is reportedly set to be delivered to Bezos within the next couple of months.
Jeff Bezos’ superyachts
Koru will join a fleet of superyachts, helicopters, and planes already owned by Bezos and his millionaire girlfriend, Lauren Sanchez.
Their collection includes the Flying Fox.
This private yacht is itself one of the longest, most impressive yachts in the world, measuring 135 meters (443 feet) in length.
Worth more than $400 million, it costs an estimated $40 million just to operate each year.
The vessel has two helipads and its very own helicopter on board.
The chopper itself is estimated to be worth $100 million.
