Check out this $20M Arizona mansion and funhouse that has its own go-kart track and racing garage.

Whether you’re hoping to do a few laps before breakfast or keep the kids occupied all weekend – it’s definitely an underrated feature for luxury real estate.

While it will set you back $20 million – arguably, it’s worth it.

Currently for sale in Arizona, the mansion is 9,300 square feet of fun.

As well as the seven-corner track and the fully stocked racing garage, it also features a gym, gaming room, theater room, and full-size basketball court.

While the layout, contemporary-ranch style and admittedly some of the features (private gun range, anyone?) are unique – those unusual touches are what will make it so appealing to the right buyer.

The five bedrooms and six-bathrooms are somewhat less controversial.

The crowning glory of the Arizona estate has to be the go-kart track.

While it has nothing on the world’s biggest go-kart track that spans multiple floors and 131,000 sq ft the go-kart track is still impressive.

Although the listing doesn’t say how long it is, the no-less-than seven corners mean it must be pretty lengthy.

Plus one tight hairpin bends mean it’s going to be super fun to zip around – perhaps in this production all-electric go-kart, which set a new speed record.

Not enough to make you part with the cash? It even has its own indoor pit station.

There the electric cars for the go-kart track can be charged via retractable plugs while they’re not in use.

A pair of three-row racks full of spare tires, toolboxes, and a workstation are also visible – meaning any on-track issues can be remedied on-site and indoors.
