This tent accessory can protect your Cybertruck from EMP attacks

On today’s episode of ‘Unusual Tesla Cybertruck Accessories,’ there’s a new tent cover that claims to protect your Cybertruck from EMP (electromagnetic pulse) attacks.

You heard that right — if you plan to drive the Tesla pickup truck toward the end of the world, the attachment will at least help you prevent damage from EMPs.

Interestingly, the product is called the ‘Cybercylent EMP Faraday Car Cover’ and has bold claims.

But let’s take a step back here, what exactly does it promise?

The company behind the accessory, Mission Darkness, claims Cybercylent will protect the pickup truck from electromagnetic pulses.

These pulses can obviously cause a great deal of damage, especially to electronics.

Since the Cybertruck has a lot of electronic parts, it can obviously just straight up stop working if hit with an EMP attack.

EMP attacks, while they can occur naturally, mostly come from man-made weaponry.

Now that we’ve established that the Cybertruck is fit to become a doomsday vehicle, what’s the point behind it?

Elon Musk has been preaching that the Cyberpunk-esque truck is apocalypse-proof and can withstand more than most other vehicles.

Initially, some thought of it as a marketing act.

However, some are taking it quite seriously, and it made sense to compare the Cybertruck with an all-out apocalypse.

It’s all because of the massive hype around the truck.

It’s certainly not the first time we have seen an unusual accessory made specially for the Tesla pick-up.

For instance, the futuristic-looking CyberTrailer, which looks (and sounds) just like the Cybertruck, made an appearance recently.

Tesla even offers its own tent attachment for camping outdoors, called Basecamp.

Coming back to the Cybercyclent, while it might look normal from the outside, there’s a lot going on here.

Mission Darkness used a combination of copper and nickel to create the EMP-proof fabric.

The inclusion of these metals likely explains why the company recommends using the accessory in a ‘dry, indoor environment.’

No matter what anyone else says, having a disaster-proof pickup truck, even if it requires certain add-ons, is undoubtedly a cool thing to have.
