Dave – also known as Heavy D from HeavyDSparks – made a bold deal by buying an overflowing warehouse packed with helicopters and parts.

The warehouse was situated in Phoenix, Arizona.

The decision wasn’t an easy one, as he knew it could either turn into a profitable venture or end up being a huge mistake.

The entire journey was documented on his YouTube channel, HeavyDSparks, where fans can see everything unfold.

Buying a warehouse full of helicopters

The warehouse housed around 12 helicopters along with over 60,000 helicopter parts.

The parts ranged from engines and airframes to tail pieces – basically, everything needed to repair or build a helicopter.

Some helicopters were so massive that the garage couldn’t even hold them all, so a few were parked outside.

Brands like Erickson and Timberland were among the collection, showing some of the biggest and most impressive models.

In a previous video, we saw Dave take on the challenge of rescuing a giant RV stuck in a lakebed.

This time, he was testing his luck with helicopters, a much larger and riskier project.

The seller gave Dave a full tour of the warehouse, showing off the vast collection of helicopters and parts, which left him wondering if he was making the right choice.

Dave was skeptical about the deal

After a tour of the place, Dave talked it over with his crew, weighing the pros and cons of the purchase.

Although he felt mostly positive, he still had his doubts and decided to consult his friend Joe, who worked in the aviation industry, to get his opinion.

Negotiations between him and the seller followed, and the deal was almost finalized.

Even though Dave was excited about this new purchase, he knew there was a chance it might not be the smart deal he hoped for.

If it turned out to be a good investment, this helicopter warehouse must have brought him some serious profits.
