There’s news on the GTA 6 front.

The official trailer has allegedly leaked online and apparently, the new game’s going to drop at the end of the month.

Of course, there are some fans who are speculating that Rockstar has done this intentionally.

They believe the game developer purposely released its planned October content for GTA 6 early.

The reason being – to leave room at the end of the month for a GTA 6 announcement.

Fans are confident Rockstar has something up its sleeve this month, though, especially considering Grand Theft Auto V and Red Dead Redemption 2 both got official reveals in October.

There could well be some substance to their theories, with one anonymous fan claiming they’ve seen the official GTA 6 trailer.

They haven’t just seen it once, they’ve seen it twice – and they’ve shared all the details online.

This information was shared by Reddit user Top_Information3534 with a post titled: “Alleged Trailer leak.”

The leaker claims the trailer for GTA 6 is indeed planned to drop on October 26 like many believed, and that it will be just shy of two minutes long.

Apparently, it’ll feature voiceovers from two of the protagonists, as well as plenty of shots of Vice City, its buildings, people, fauna and flora.

A previous GTA 6 leak suggests there’ll be multiple countries to explore in the new game.

The trailer, however, doesn’t include an official release date for GTA 6.

Previous rumors suggest it’ll drop sometime in 2025 for Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5 and potentially PC, unless Rockstar decides to delay its release.

Understandably, fans are both optimistic about the legitimacy of the leak and the prospect of GTA 6 dropping sooner rather than later.

“Saved this for the 26th. I don’t believe it but we’ll see,” one user wrote.

“I mean here’s hoping,” another commented.

“I believe it just from the way it’s worded. You know when s*** is made up or not,” a third posted. “This feels legit.”

Tne trailer definitely sounds like the kind of thing Rockstar would include, but until we actually see it with our own eyes, it’s best to take it with a pinch of salt.
