This newly-built West Hollywood mansion has a seven-car garage and offers incredible views of Los Angeles from Downtown to Culver City.

It costs $30 million ($29.95 to be exact) and for that, you get access to 13,578 square feet of luxury with five bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

To the right, if you stretch your neck a bit, you’ll see the Westwood area, all the way to Santa Monica.

The house was designed by architect Roman James, combining modern minimalism with classic elements like the stone slabs that were used for the bathroom in the spa.

Yes, there’s also a spa and it includes a dry sauna, a steam shower, and an indoor pool.

The mansion also has a games room, a fitness studio, a proper bar complete with a wine cellar and a movie theater.

This being Los Angeles, you are probably going to need a car, or seven, because that’s how many vehicles you can fit in this home’s garage.

The house isn’t cheap but $29.95 million is bang for your buck considering the location, size, and all the features in this house.
