Apple iOS17 release has been marred with issues but it’s not all bad.

Specifically, there’s one feature everyone seems to be loving.

The new feature combines the convenience of voicemail with Apple FaceTime.

If the person you’re trying to FaceTime isn’t picking up, you can leave a video message.

It works exactly like you’d expect it to.

If your contact doesn’t answer, FaceTime will give you the option to record a video, which will then be delivered to your contact.

And it gets better because iOS actually allows you to record more than one video and do retakes if necessary.

So those of us who aren’t as camera friendly as David Beckham needn’t worry.

Also, if the video you recorded is to your liking, you can add it to your Camera Roll.

We should probably also note the other person can also save the video to their Camera Roll.

Mind you, this feature is only available for iPhones built after 2018.

After a troubled start, iOS17 seems to be running well following some corrections and fixes offered with iOS17.0.3.

Apple wasn’t planning to release an update (17.0.3) just two weeks after the initial update (17), but they had to because iOS17 was causing too many problems.

First, several users complained about their iPhone overheating to the point you couldn’t hold it.

Then, other issues emerged, including a sinister bug that made your iPhone ‘die’ overnight, regardless of battery level.

But after updating to iOS17.0.3, everything appears to be fine and users haven’t reported any new issues… for now.
