1. Participation in our competitions is free and voluntary. Your chances of winning do not change as a result of using a service and/or making a purchase. Supercar Blondie is responsible for collecting and processing any personal data you provide in connection with the respective competition.

2. This competition runs from the 11th June to the 23rd of June 2022. The draw is for an experience related to the New York Formula E E-Prix. A randomly selected participant will be declared the winner. All entries that follow the entry requirements, i.e., tag a friend in the giveaway post Supercar Blondie published on her main Instagram channel, and completes the requested information included in the giveaway form linked in her Instagram Bio/Post, and accept the conditions of participation and data protection provisions shall count as valid entries. All those who take part will also be entered in a draw to win the following main prize: a VIP experience in New York City for one winner and a plus one of their choice, including return travel (train or air) from the winners preferred city within the United States of America, to New York, hotel accommodation (1 room only) with breakfast included on Saturday 16th July, and a behind the scenes, exclusive experience at the Formula E E-Prix on Sunday 17th July. Travel to and from the E-Prix on Sunday 17th July will also be covered. The prize is relevant for the 2022 New York E-Prix only.

3. The winners will be chosen and contacted by e-mail on 23rd of June . If the winner cannot be reached or does not contact Supercar Blondie within 48 hours of being informed that they have won, Supercar Blondie reserves the right to draw a new winner.

4. Persons of legal age and capacity are entitled to participate. Participation creates no legal right or obligation, to the extent permitted by law. There is no recourse to legal action. Multiple entries and entries by employees of Supercar Blondie or its partners will not be accepted. Prizes are non-transferable. No correspondence will be entered into in connection with the competition. Supercar Blondie reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition, delete multiple entries or end the competition if there are any discrepancies or suspicions of technical manipulation. Participants must reside in the United States of America. Anyone that resides outside of these areas will not be considered.

5. Upon confirmation acceptance of the prize, all contact with the Winner will be administered directly between the Winner and Formula E. Travel to and from the departure point of journeys (airport, railway station, etc.) is at the expense of the Winner unless otherwise stated in the competition information. The same applies to any costs incurred during the stay (minibar, etc.) The winner and their companion(s) are responsible for ensuring that they have everything required for the trip, especially valid travel documents, visas, including a proof of vaccination. Further information on the hotel and E-Prix schedule will be communicated to the Winner by Formula E.

6. To the extent permitted by law, Supercar Blondie shall accept no liability or responsibility whatsoever in connection with its competitions, the organisation or redemption of prizes. In particular, Supercar Blondie shall not be liable for technical breakdowns of the competition pages, including any network server or hardware errors, viruses, bugs, programming errors or other communication errors outside its direct control.

7. Facebook, Instagram and YouTube are not commercially or legally involved in this competition, even if the competition is advertised and shared on our Facebook/Instagram pages and if certain activities in connection with the main prize take place on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. Formula E is only commercially involved in this competition as the provider of the prize. The organiser of the competition is Supercar Blondie. Any questions relating to the competition should be addressed to Supercar Blondie (info(at)supercarblondie.com. By entering the competition and therefore accepting the terms and conditions of participation, entrants exempt Facebook, Instagram and YouTube from any liability and responsibility in connection with the competition.

8. When completing the registration form for participation in the respective prize draw, entrants are prompted to submit certain personal data that will be sent to Supercar Blondie (e-mail address). This personal data will then be stored by Supercar Blondie and used for participation in the respective competition as well as for holding the respective competition. Entrants’ personal data will only be transferred to third parties insofar as this is required for processing the competition and the winner. Supercar Blondie will make every effort to ensure that third parties only process personal data as would be permitted for Supercar Blondie. In case of questions relating to the processing of personal data, entrants should contact Supercar Blondie (info(at)supercarblondie.com.

9. Supercar Blondie and its competition partner Formula E Operations Limited (“Formula E”) are entitled to send electronic information (newsletters and the like) to the e-mail addresses of those participants who explicitly agree to this when they enter the competition. They can unsubscribe to such at any time either by sending an e-mail to info(at)supercarblondie.com or by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter e-mail in question.

10. The competition shall be governed by the laws of The Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), the United Arab Emirates, and shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Terms and Conditions. Notwithstanding the above, any mandatory protective regulations for consumers residing abroad shall remain unaffected. Accordingly, any mandatory protective regulations applicable for participants residing abroad shall also remain unaffected.
