It’s hard to imagine what it’s like buying a Bugatti Chiron Super Sport.
It goes without saying you can expect performance and luxury in abundance, but what’s the journey of creating your own bespoke Chiron Super Sport actually like?
Unless you’re incredibly wealthy, it’s highly unlikely you’ll ever find out.

Thankfully, Bugatti has revealed the co-creation journey it shared with a Belgian client crafting a unique Chiron Super Sport, so we get somewhat of an idea.
The story goes, Bugatti collaborated with a lucky Belgian car collector, whose family business shares a centennial legacy alongside the prestigious brand.
The collaboration saw the creation of a jaw-dropping 1-of-1 Bugatti Chiron Super Sport presumably specced to the nines.
And to get it just how they wanted it, the client made multiple visit’s to the French automaker‘s ancestral home in Molsheim.
There, they were heavily involved in the multi-million dollar hypercar’s journey from conception to completion.
In a series of memorable moments, the client and their family witnessed the signature of the monocoque and the pivotal ‘marriage’ of the engine to the chassis.
Sounds pretty cool, right?
Before they were waved on their merry way, the client was taken on a final dynamic approval drive with Bugatti’s quality team.
This really show’s the brand’s meticulous attention to detail and dedication to excellence.
We’re already knew that, though, because of the time it takes Bugatti to paint one of its cars which is beyond comprehension.
Happy that everything was in shipshape and working order, the client then embarked on a maiden voyage, driving the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport from the Molsheim facility to its new home.
There, it takes pride of place in an impressive automotive collection.
Wonder if it’s as impressive as the lucky Bugatti owner who has all three world-record-breaking cars.
We don’t know the intricate details of the hypercar’s specification, but we do know the general specs and performance.
The Bugatti Chiron Super Sport has an 8.0-liter quad-turbocharged W16 engine mated to a seven-speed DSG transmission.
That colossal lump generates 1,578 horsepower and 1,180 lb-ft of torque, capable of the 0-97 km/h (0-60 mph) sprint in around 2.4 seconds and a top speed of 440 km/h (273 mph).
As for a price tag, the automaker hasn’t revealed (of course) how much the Belgian client paid for their shiny new Bugatti Chiron Super Sport, but it will have been upwards of $4.3 million.
