When you hear about an abandoned mansion, you think of ghosts and spiderwebs, not luxury cars and designer shoes.

However, the owners of this $10.5 million mansion have abandoned several designer shoes and luxury cars along with the property.

Youtuber and urban explorer JeremyXplores stumbled upon the abandoned mansion in Northeast America and it looks every bit as impressive as it is eerie.

The first thing that stands out is the current state of the mansion, which looks surprisingly clean and tidy.

Inside, he found a designer shoe collection worth over $12,000.

There were also several luxury cars all over the property worth over $100,000.

The 27,000sq ft mega-mansion features an indoor pool, an outdoor sports complex, a four-car garage, a library, and an elevator.

The property also comprises four buildings that are still left unfinished.

The explorers also found a Land Rover parked outside the property, and a Mercedes Benz and Volkswagen Beetle in the garage.

However, he found it strange to find expensive makeup, jewelry, designer shoes, and clothes with the tags still on.

These things could’ve been easily packed and transported whenever the family abandoned the mansion.

It isn’t Jeremy’s first time finding an abandoned mansion like this.

However, the tale behind this property is nothing short of a tragedy.

The mansion belonged to a local surgeon with multiple medical offices in the area.

He started the construction of the mansion in 2006.

Unfortunately, he couldn’t see it completed as he and his teenage son were killed in a plane crash.

He is survived by his wife and three other children.

However, they couldn’t afford the $63,000 monthly mortgage.

The surgeon had also not been paying the premiums on his life insurance, and all financial support was cut from his family.

Eventually, the bank seized the property, and the house was foreclosed.

However, it remains a mystery why so many valuables, including designer shoes and luxury cars, were left in the abandoned mansion.
