Cristiano Ronaldo’s idea of a Christmas gift to a friend is a $40k Rolex

Cristiano Ronaldo’s idea of Christmas gift to a friend isn’t the same as most people’s, it seems.

When looking for a suitable Christmas present for a friend, the average Joe buys a jumper or perhaps some colorful socks.

But Cristiano Ronaldo is on his way to becoming a billionaire, so he had a different idea.

His idea of a Christmas gift is a watch worth in the region of $40,000.

Check out his friend’s reaction in the clip down below!

Ronaldo threw a massive NYE party for his family and hired Brazilian singer, Luan Santana to perform at the party.

During the party, as a thank-you for his performance, Ronaldo gave Santana a Rolex watch.

The clip is a bit blurry but the Rolex in question definitely looks like a Rolex GMT in rose gold with the so-called ‘Root beer’ bezel.

The watch has an MSRP north of $38,000.
