A revised version of the 14-generation Ford F-150 has just been unveiled for 2024

The curtain has just been lifted on a refreshed version of the Ford F-150.

The pickup’s looks have been refined, new trim levels have been introduced, and all-new tech features, too.

Oh, and the latest F-150 arrives with a totally new version of the classic Blue Oval logo on its grille.

The logo now has white accents in place of the usual chrome, and the inner oval border is gone, so the“Ford” script has been enlarged.

Simpler and more two dimensional than before, the white on the new emblem gives it a slightly retro appearance.

The Ford F-150 is the first vehicle to sport the new badge, which should roll out across the lineup over the next couple of years.

As well as a funky new oval logo, the 2024 F-150 sees some subtle but significant styling alterations.

Pricier trims get headlights bordered by new LED running lights whereas lower-end models have a “coast to coast” grille.

The tailights and bumpers have also been redesigned, and an appearance package that blacks out the trim is now offered on more variants.

The new Ford F-150 gets a revised powertrains list, too.

The base 3.3-liter V6 has been sent packing, replaced by the trust 2.7-liter EcoBootst V6.

There’s also the option of a 3.5-liter EcoBoost engine, as well as the hybrid PowerBoost variant.

If six cylinders aren’t enough for you, a 5.0-liter V8 option also returns for 2024.

Regardless of which engine you select, a 10-speed automatic transmission will back it up.

The Raptor and Raptop R models are also returning for 2024, retaining the same 3.5-liter V6 and 5.2-liter V8 engines as their 2023 counterparts.

Outside of the Raptor twins, the updated Ford F-150 lineup will consist of XL, STX, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch, Platinum, Tremor, and Platinum Plus models.

The STX is a new addition on the entry side of the offer sheet, borrowing its name from the popular package from previous F-150s.

The cabin’s layout is largely the same, although all Ford F-150 models now come with a 12-inch touchscreen and 12-inch digital guage cluster as standard.

A head-up display will be offered for the first time, which includes custom screens for BlueCruise, towing, and off-road drive modes.

The F-150’s also fitted with the new Pro Access tailgate, which rivals the multi-functional tailgate gizmos offered by Chevrolet and Ram.

The optional setup features a gate in the center that can open independently to three preset angles: 37 degrees, 70 degrees, and a full 100 degrees.

Ford F-150 pricing and availability

Ford hasn’t yet said when the 2024 F-150 will go on sale, but it’s likely to start arriving in dealerships early next year.

Prices have risen slightly, with the base XL starting from $36,570 up to the top-dog Raptor R costing $118,950.
