This is the incredible moment a biker finds an abandoned sports car in the middle of the forest.

When out in nature, you can expect to see a lot of things – trees, rivers, and some animals if you’re lucky.

Coming across a sports car isn’t your standard fare.

An extremely unusual place for car spotting

This TikTok content creator was cycling through the woods when he came across the abandoned car, which had nearly been absorbed by the surrounding greenery.

TikToker, Wurm Watson, spotted the car out of the corner of his eye and disembarked from the cycling path for a closer look.

It must have been an unusual sight – though admittedly not as strange as this plane seen hanging from the branches of a tree.

His excitement was palpable to his audience, as he exclaimed: “I am so lucky!”

Upon further inspection, he initially identified the car as a Datsun.

Covered in leaves and engulfed in moss, the car wasn’t easily identifiable from the off.

Years of neglect had left the doors sealed shut and the interior consumed by nature.

When he took a look under the hood, he was in for a surprise – there was nothing left.

He remarked: “There isn’t nada but moss. This car runs on green energy.

“I tell you what, Greta Thunberg would be happy about that.”

Imploring his followers to help him identify the car, he walked away, still ecstatic that he got to see the car.

Some people have a ‘glass half full’ outlook on life.

This guy has a ‘hood totally empty’ mindset, which is admirable.

As he left the site, he said: “Ahh, I love my life!”

Imagine how excited he’d be if he came across this forest car graveyard.

It was up to Wurm Watson’s followers to identify the car, with many offering up guesses.

“Is that a 240Z?”, one asked.

Another offered: “I think that is an AMC AM,” as a fellow car enthusiast guessed: “I thought it was a first gen Celica at first.”

Ultimately, one viewer had the correct answer.

“It’s a S10 Silvia, you can tell by the taillight and also the hood,” one user commented.

The Nissan Silvia S10 was produced between 1975 and 1979, being sold for $4,399 at the time.

That’s equivalent to $23,000 in today’s money.
