If you’re into airplanes, then you’ll be familiar with Airbus and its many variations, including the Airbus A380.

Boasting a double-deck interior, it is designed to accommodate 18.5-inch seats, which is standard in economy class; it’s not on the small side.

In fact, the Airbus A380 is the largest passenger airliner and the only full-length double-deck jet airliner, and it has been a firm favorite for the past 11 years that it has been in operation.

With plenty of space, it’s just the kind of aircraft you’d be hoping for on a long-haul flight or jetting around the globe.

Plenty of leg room on the Airbus A380

If you’re curious about what flying on an Airbus A380 looks like, a YouTube video from Airbus has shown off every part of the cabin, from where the crew sleeps to where you can relax in first class or how to store your luggage in economy.

One of the biggest aircrafts, it has eight seats across in the main cabin and plenty of space so being cramped is a thing of the past. In first class, you’re one seat down, as it’s just seven seats across.

It’s also claiming to be one of the quietest cabins in the sky so means catching up on some sleep whilst flying shouldn’t be a problem.

Luxury flying

Not only is the Airbus A380 high-spec design, but it’s what we’ve come to expect from Airbus, who also recently revealed their private jet version of the Airbus A220.

Described as ‘the best and totally unique cabin in the sky’, it’s still considered a master of design and art.

Plus, it’s one of the best ways to fly, with first-class offering so much space to sleep, eat, work, and dine whilst in the air.

Have a safe flight

Yet more than just a comfortable flight, it’s also made passengers feel safer in the air.

After all, when you’re 40,000 feet in the air, you want to feel as safe as possible, right?

One person commented on a YouTube video of the Airbus A380 design to praise how smooth their flight was, as they wrote: “Hardly felt like I was taking off… I never felt so safe in a plane before.

“Simply a masterpiece of engineering. We need more of these in the sky.”

Another person agreed as they added: “The A380 is the best plane ever built. I love flying in this amazing machine.”

“I was on one of these a week ago and let me tell you it was the best 7 hours of my life,” said another. “Never knew 40,000 feet could be so amazing.”

The Airbus A380 has now been in operation for over a decade, with 10 airlines including Qatar Airways and Lufthansa using the aircraft to jet all over the world.
