We’re probably going to run out of metaphors before Jacob runs out of ideas for new expensive watches.
This is the latest addition to the Astronomia collection.
It’s called the Astronomia Revolution and it costs the same as two brand-new Lamborghinis.

Like most Jacob watches, the new Astronomia Revolution is a big boy, coming in at 46 mm.
The rose gold case integrates lugs made of the same material and sapphire crystal for the caseback, the side profile and the bezel-less face.
And don’t worry if rose gold isn’t your cup of tea because a white gold version and a DLC-coated version are also available.
The movement that powers it is sophisticated and worthy of a Jacob timepiece.
The little pyramid-shaped stone you can see on the lower half of the dial is part of the movement.
It replaces the seconds hand by rotating around the dial.
Speaking of the dial, you’ll also find 18 hexagonal red gold mirrors, inspired by the James Webb telescope.
Jacob Astronomia Revolution pricing and availability
Production is limited to 18 pieces.
Six pieces are made from rose gold, six are made from white gold and then six more are available in PVD-coated white gold.
Whichever model you go for, it’ll set you back a whopping $600,000.
Remember when we said this was more expensive than two Lambos?
Well, for the record, the 2023 Lamborghini Urus starts at around $240,000.
So you can basically buy two for the same price as this and still have some change left.
