Tennis legend Rafael Nadal has just announced his retirement at the age of 38.
After turning pro in 2001, Nadal went on to win 22 Grand Slam titles, including a record 14 French Open titles.
A left-handed player, Nadal set several records that may stand for a long time.
Still, at least the silver lining is he’s now going to be able to enjoy his fortune, and his amazing collection of cars.

Inside Rafael Nadal’s car collection
Throughout his career, Nadal earned a record $134+ million in prize money, and he did spend some of that cash to get himself some fancy rides.
Among others, he’s owned a Ferrari 458 Italia and an Aston Martin DBS.
He’s also owned and driven cars that were gifted to him either as a prize for winning a tournament or as part of a deal with some of the companies he’s a brand ambassador for.
That’s the case with his Kia EV 6 GT and also the Mercedes-Benz AMG GTS.
We’re going to go ahead and assume Kia won’t do to Nadal what Porsche did to Emma Raducanu.
The other luxury brand Rafael Nadal is passionate about
Rafael Nadal has been a brand ambassador for luxury watch manufacturer Richard Mille for a very long time.
The 38-year-old Spanish star has popularized wearing watches while playing competitive sport, including on big games, which is something RM is known for, and proud of.
Interestingly, every Richard Mille model Nadal owns (and he owns quite a few) is actually more valuable than his cars.
In 2022, he won the French Open while wearing an RM which, at the time, had an an MSRP of $1.05 million and a market value of $2.5 million.
