A YouTuber from Michigan has performed a hair-raising stunt on his channel, leaping over a $3 million Pagani Huayra, like the one above, on his skateboard.

American YouTuber Frankie LaPenna is well known for his daredevil stunts and wild antics, so it comes as little surprise that he did this.

However, as it came from the Hamilton Collection’s roster of exclusive cars, falling onto the Pagani, would be a disaster.

Both in terms of how much it costs and the risk of injury to himself.

The stunt involved constructing a ramp

Prior to actually attempting the stunt, the YouTuber had to first construct a ramp for the leap.

That in itself took quite a bit of work – including wood and materials from the hardware store.

With the ramp constructed, the next step was for the YouTuber to test it out.

This was to ensure that it had the strength to withstand him and the skateboard, and wouldn’t break as he went up.

LaPenna undertook a few practice leaps up the ramp and jumped over smaller objects, like a chair, prior to actually leaping over the hypercar.

A second landing ramp was also constructed so LaPenna could get back on the ground as safely as possible.

The leap over the Pagani was a daunting affair

LaPenna made multiple attempts to jump over the Pagani.

On his first attempt, he went right over the Huayra, and while his landing wasn’t perfect, he made it over the hypercar.

His second attempt was also very successful.

Once again, the landing was poor, but he avoided ending up on top of the expensive Pagani.

Attempt three had a slightly better landing, although he still came off the board.

But ultimately, it too, was a successful jump.

The fourth and final attempt was easily the best – he made it over the Pagani and touched down on the skateboard, even if he did slam into the wall afterward.

Viewers in the comments were somewhat divided over whether the jump was worth it, though.

Mainly because of the potential consequences of damaging such a high-end vehicle – or himself.

But there is no doubting how much of a spectacle it was to watch.
