A Dodge Dart muscle car that has stood parked for over 50 years in Texas looks almost brand new, and it’s now up for sale.
The 1969 Dodge Dart GTS was bought by someone for his mom, and spent its entire life with that family before the eBay seller got his hands on it.
The car has clearly been pampered throughout its entire life, and it looks like it rolled off the production line just yesterday.
It even comes complete with its paperwork, and it had a repaint in 2016 to lift its looks even further.

The Dodge Dart has had great care throughout its life
Its clear from the eBay images and listing that the car has had a lot of care over the years.
Seller johmussolin_0 says that it spent most of its life since 1970 in the care of one family until he bought the car.
The gentleman who sold it him said his dad bought it for his mom.

The car has not had a single accident or incident over the last 55 years.
The listing describes the car as in great shape with no rust, and the images on eBay back that up.
The engine is a 383ci V8, and the seller says this has also had a rebuild under their ownership.
New parts feature on the classic Dodge
The listing also states that the Dodge has many new parts.
These include the brakes, water pump, and wiring, as well as the gas tank.
There’s little information on how well the Dodge runs, but the listing says it runs ‘good.’
As a Dart GTS, this was the most expensive version of the Dart, be it in hardtop or convertible form.

Stating why they’re selling it, the owner says it’s purely because the Dodge has been sitting in his garage for a while.
There is however a reserve for the car.
At the time of writing, the eight bids had not taken the value past it, and the highest bid was $26,800.
For a classic American muscle car in such good condition, however, that seems like a very fair price.
