Little Nissan truck gets huge air jumping over train line

Whether you care to admit it or not, we’ve all dreamed of getting our cars airborne for a bit of fun.

Someone’s actually turned that dream into a reality and pulled off the crazy stunt in a little Nissan truck.

A clip just surfaced online of the vehicle getting airborne over a train line, and it’s absolutely wild.

The footage, posted to Instagram by _truckaddict, looks like a modern-day scene out of The Dukes of Hazzard.

The video shows the little Nissan truck heading up a narrow stretch of tarmac towards a train line crossing.

The driver, clearly intent on getting airborne, must have had their foot flat to the floor, as the truck’s going at some speed.

Just as the vehicle approaches the train line crossing, a slight incline in the road surface causes it to lift off the ground.

Now, we’re not talking about lifting off by a couple of inches, this little Nissan truck gets a huge amount of air.

It got about six-feet off the ground as it made its way through the air before crashing back down on the tarmac in a cloud of dust.

We’ve seen it before where vehicles crash back down and the driver loses control.

But, despite a bumpy landing, the driver manages to keep control and powers off into the distance.

You really have to see the video to believe it, but we must advise caution when you do.

Firstly, the person filming the crazy stunt uses some pretty colorful language and secondly, we wouldn’t advise trying it yourself.

While it’s fascinating to watch, it could’ve endly badly for the driver who, if they’d lost control mid-air, could’ve easily ploughed into a power line.

We’re not the only ones to think so either.

“Have a friend from middle school who died of this,” one user commented on the post.

“Great way to lose control and wrap yourself around a telephone pole,” another said.

Someone even questioned the video’s authenticity posting, “I’m saying fake AI animation, way too perfect landing”.

It looks real to us.
