It takes a lot to make a Cybertruck look dainty.
This man got a shock when he walked out to find his Tesla in the shadow of two other cars.
He almost didn’t spot it, despite the EV having an eye-catching bespoke red chrome wrap.
It was flanked by two other trucks, which made for a truly all-American scene.

In the shadow of the Fords

Victor Paulo parked his Cybertruck in an empty parking lot in Las Vegas recently.
He’d felt anxious about it being the only vehicle in the area. As a result, he kept checking its alarm system on his Tesla app.
This wasn’t a regular Cybertruck, if one could ever call one of these trucks ‘regular’, as it was wrapped in a chrome red finish.
Between this and the DIY cross between a Cybertruck and a Model 3, there’s never a dull moment on the streets of Las Vegas it seems.
When he came out to check on his car, he found it sandwiched between two trucks that were even bigger than the 3-ton Tesla.
“Felt like two big brothers looking after me,” Paulo said.
Two Ford F-150s, one white and one black, were flanking the Tesla.
The cars’ colorway along with the US flag waving in the background made for a near-perfect wholesome American moment.
What it takes to dwarf a Cybertruck

Tesla’s truck offering is famously huge – nearly 19 feet long, 6 feet 8 inches wide, and 5 feet 8 inches tall.
But while that’s impressive, some configurations of the Ford F-150 can be 6 feet 6 inches tall.
Some EV fans argue that the Cybertruck is more of a ‘truck’ than Ford’s F-150.
Their case was strengthened when one of Tesla’s trucks had to rescue a Ford that was stuck in the snow.
When it comes to height, not many other vehicles match up to the Tesla behemoth either.
But the monster that is the six-door Ford F-450 certainly does, while the Chevrolet Suburban beats it in length, just by one inch though.
We might as well get used to huge trucks on the road, especially with the ongoing trend of American trucks growing larger each year for a rather surprising reason.
