This is the Final Edition of the Hennessey’s take of the Chevy Camaro, aptly named the Exorcist.

The Exorcist is customized throughout, with a long list of engine upgrades.

But the headline act of the car is the power output.

The Exorcist puts out 1,000BHP, making it one of the fastest cars in the world and the fastest Camaro ever built.

Why the 1,000BHP Chevy Camaro is called the Exorcist

The Chevy Camaro is naturally designed to compete with the likes of the Ford Mustang and Dodge Challenger.

Interestingly, the fastest version of Dodge’s muscle car is called the Demon, and we can’t help but wonder whether that had anything to do with the fact they chose the name ‘Exorcist’ for this.

But that doesn’t change the spec sheet.

The Camaro Exorcist features a long list of engine upgrades.

The 6.2-liter V8 produces 1,000BHP and 966lb-ft of torque, which means it does 0-60 in 2.1 seconds, and it completes the quarter mile in 9.57 seconds, with an exit speed of 147mph.

What’s next for Hennessey?

The ‘Final Edition’ part of the name had a lot of people worried, especially because, as we know, everyone is busy making electric cars these days, including muscle car brands.

Dodge, lest we forget, recently unveiled the Charger Daytona, an EV pony car.

As for Hennessey, the good news is the company is still focused on cars for car lovers.

They recently unveiled the Venom F5-M Roadster, which is the most powerful manual car in the world, sending 1,817 horsepower to the rear wheels via a gated six-speed manual transmission

So cars like the Exorcist may disappear in the future, but we’re safe for now.
