Rick Ross’ Georgia mansion is more of a palace

Rapper Rick Ross owns one of the largest private homes in the US.

In fact, it is so large, Ross uses it to host his very own car show, which he holds annually.

Located in Fayetteville, about 22 miles south of Atlanta, he calls it the ‘Promise Land’ – and it’s easy to see why.

The property sits on 235 acres of land and offers 45,000-square-feet of usable space.

Obviously, a lot of that space is devoted to Rick Ross’ car collection.

As it turns out, the 47-year-old rapper is a huge car nut.

He owns over 100 vehicles, most of which are amazing classics he customized.

Rick Ross is certainly doing well, and was able to maximize the coins he makes by selling millions of records.

It’s unclear what his net worth is, but when somebody suggested (during an interview) it was in the vicinity of $150 million, the rapper’s response implied it is actually way north of that.

The price tag on his Atlanta mansion certainly speaks volumes when it comes to his business acumen.

This house was originally built for former boxing champion Evander Holyfield in 1994.

20 years later, in 2014, Rick Ross bought it for just $5.88 million.

That, in today’s real estate market, is basically a bag of peanuts.

Sure, he spent a lot of cash to renovate it – but still.

Speaking of which, the home has 12 bedrooms, 21 (!) bathrooms, and a dining room that’s large enough to seat 100 people.

Unfortunately for Ross, it doesn’t have a runway, which is a shame because he could’ve used it to park his private jet, dubbed Maybach Air.

In fact, he’s currently looking to hire a flight attendant for his private jet.
