This guy literally built his DIY pick-up truck from scratch

This guy somehow managed to put together a DIY pick-up truck by scavenging bits and pieces here and there.

And we’re not talking about using leftover components from other vehicles, either.

Because apart from the wheels and the engine, this guy literally hand-built everything you see here, from the truck frame to the interior and the bed.

The bodywork is made using old fences and tree bark, while the interior essentially consists of a sofa covered in cloth.

For the chassis, the creator of this DIY pick-up truck welded together iron tubes.

The wheels look like they came from a shopping cart.

The steering wheel… is not actually a steering wheel.

It is a shopping cart wheel that’s been repaired and connected to the axles via a thin iron ‘stick’.

Based on what we can see in the video, the two-stroke engine appears to have been sourced from a motorcycle.

It’s small and a bit loud, and probably underpowered, too.

But it does the job.

The suspension springs, like the engine, come from a motorycle.

The video was originally posted to TikTok by Bachir Diallo 6767, a resident of Guinea.

In the clip, Mr Diallo’s friends show mixed reactions to their friend’s creation.

Some of them look less than impressed, while others just started laughing.

Some of his friends and bystanders appreciate the effort, though.

Things are slightly different when it comes to the comment section of the video on TikTok.

The comments are overwhelmingly positive, with people admiring the man’s ingenuity and praising him for his creativity.

Well, for what it’s worth, we’re definitely on team Bachir Diallo.
