Manny Khoshbin tests world's first metallic red Cybertruck

Real estate mogul and car collector Manny Khoshbin recently took a one-off metallic red Cybertruck for a road trip.

And he has something to say about it.

Khoshbin is a prominent car enthusiast and he owns a vast collection of rare beasts.

Among others, he owns a Bugatti Veyron and an ultra-exclusive Pagani Huayra Hermes Edition.

With that in mind, an electric truck wouldn’t exactly be the cherry on top of his car collecting cake and yet, he’s actually considering getting one.

It makes sense, though, in a way, because the Cybertruck is not your usual truck, is it?

Especially this one.

The Cybertruck you see here is finished in a unique shade of metallic red, which is aftermarket because Tesla actually offers no other color other than stainless steel.

The carbon fiber fender flares are also aftermarket, as are the 20-inch wheels courtesy of Unplugged Performance.

The one thing the Cybertruck certainly has going for it is its performance figures.

It does 0 to 60 mph (97 km/h) in about 2.6 seconds, which is faster than some of his Bugattis.

More to the point, the truck does look tremendous in this color.

Tesla isn’t really offering any other color option for now.

Musk once said some pretty cool (and expensive) wrap options might be available, but other than that, it looks like stainless steel finish will remain the only option in the near future.
